How group tours work
Shared trip, personal care
The same tour leaves on set dates through the season. You join other travellers and share a guide, a vehicle and the cost.
Once enough travellers book, a date shows Guaranteed and runs whatever happens. If a date does not run, choose another or get a full refund.
About a third of our travellers come alone. Share a twin room with someone of the same gender, or pay for your own.
Pick a date, add travellers and pay 50% now or in full. Arriving within 14 days? Full payment is due at booking.
What the date labels mean
Every departure shows its status in words and colour, so you know exactly where it stands.

- Guaranteed
- Enough travellers have booked; this date will run.
- Only 3 spaces left
- Nearly full. Seats are held for you for 30 minutes while you book.
- On request
- We confirm within 24 hours, then send a payment link valid for 48 hours.
- Full
- No seats left. Choose another date or ask about a private tour.
